With over 140 voices united in song, the Thornden Community Choir is a vibrant, non-auditioned choir that welcomes singers of all levels. Under the inspiring leadership of Musical Director Hannalie Bekker-van der Merwe, we call Thornden Hall in Chandlers Ford our home.

For 15 incredible years, we’ve been making waves as a dynamic, versatile, and professional-sounding choir. Our repertoire is a thrilling journey through music’s greatest genres—from the timeless elegance of classical and baroque to the soul-stirring power of gospel and spirituals. We groove to jazz, rock out to pop, and bring the magic of musical theatre to life.
